Peter and Michael own and run the phenomenally successful Providores & Tapa Room restaurant on Marylebone High Street which was launched in 2001 and offers the best Fusion Cuisine in the UK, as well as award-winning breakfasts and coffee. Peter consults to Changa and Muzedechanga restaurants in Istanbul - the latter voted Best Restaurant in the World by Wallpaper magazine in 2006. He also consults on both 'dine by Peter Gordon' at Auckland's Five-star Skycity Grand Hotel - as well as its award winning Bellota tapas bar. Peter has also been a consultant chef to Air New Zealand for their Business Class menus for over 15 years, and has written and published six cook-books which are sold all over the world.

Brandon and Adam were two of the founders of the much replicated Gourmet Burger Kitchen which opened in 2001. Having expanded to 10 restaurants, they sold the business in 2006. GBK now has over 50 sites around the UK, as well as international license agreements in the Middle East, Ireland and Turkey.

In each of these businesses, in differing ways, success has been achieved and maintained by continual menu innovation; by investing in the best staff and through a commitment to high standards of service and attention to detail.
