New Year’s Eve
Join us to celebrate the New Year 2012
We will be serving 2 special set dinner menus both starting with a glass of Taittinger Champagne.
- The first dinner sitting is a lighter tapa based menu and will be available from 6.30pm – 9.00pm and is priced at £42 per person. This will be great for people who want to have a meal before going to see the fireworks or on to another event.
- The second sitting is a delicious 3 course menu and this sitting will run from 9.00pm – 1.00am, priced at £50 per person
Our bar will be open, and the cocktails shakers will be primed to have some fun.
Large groups are welcome, at Kopapa we intend to start the 2012 as we intend to carry on. Come and join us.
We will also be serving our fantastic brunch menu menu on New Year’s Eve from 10.00 – 5.00pm, and on New Year’s Day from 12.00pm – 3.00pm

A glass of Taittinger NV Champagne
- Beer battered inari pocket stuffed with spiced dahl, tofu puree, pickled cucumber, tapioca wafer
- Twice baked cheddar & chive soufflé, pickled mushrooms, crispy shallots
- Goat’s curd panna cotta, beetroot & walnut dressing
- Nori & rice crusted Yellowfin tuna, pickled ginger, green papaya & soba noodle salad, coconut dressing
- Tempura black tiger prawns, water chestnut & cabbage dumplings, XO sauce
- Smoked eel, caramelised pear, pancetta & miso dressing
- Smoked salmon, ponzu puree, mooli, spring onion, chilli & coriander salad
- Duck liver parfait, sake jelly, pineapple sambal & lavosh
- Braised lamb shank, white bean puree, sautéed wild mushrooms, pomegranate jus
- Rabbit leg, chestnut puree, preserved lemon & prune chutney, thyme jus
- Roast pork belly, fried sweet potato dumpling, pickled mandarin, hot & sour coconut jus
Second sitting – £50.00 per person
