Kopapa operates 7 days a week, serving breakfast and lunch through to post theatre supper. We will employ people with a strong work ethic and an open mind who are prepared to learn and to improve their skills both for themselves and for our company. We need energetic people who enjoy working as part of a team and who function well in a busy environment. We are now recruiting in the following areas:
Front of House
Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Duty Managers, Baristas, Bar staff, Waiting staff, Food Runners.
Kitchen
Head Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Chefs de Partie, Kitchen Porters
