Peter and Michael own and run the phenomenally successful Providores & Tapa Room restaurant on Marylebone High Street which was launched in 2001 offering the most innovative Fusion Cuisine in the UK, as well as award-winning breakfasts and coffee. Peter consults to Changa and Muzedechanga restaurants in Istanbul – the latter voted Best Restaurant in the World by Wallpaper magazine in 2006. He is Executive Chef at both ‘The Sugar Club’ and ‘Bellota tapas bar’ at Auckland’s Skycity dining precinct, and consults on the Business Class menus for Air New Zealand. He has both weekly and quarterly food columns in New Zealand, has recently completed an 8 episode television series and has written seven cook-books which are sold all over the world.
Brandon and Adam were two of the founders of the much-replicated Gourmet Burger Kitchen, which opened in 2001. Having expanded to 10 restaurants, they sold the business in 2006. GBK now has over 50 sites around the UK, as well as international license agreements in the Middle East, Ireland and Turkey. Peter Gordon remains as a consultant to this innovative restaurant group, as he did when they opened their first site.
