Kopapa is run by co-owners Peter Gordon, Michael McGrath, Adam Wills and Brandon Allen. Peter and Michael own and run the phenomenally successful The Providores & Tapa Room restaurant on Marylebone High Street which was launched in 2001. Brandon and Adam were two of the founders of the much replicated Gourmet Burger Kitchen which also opened in 2001. The Four Partners have combined their individual skills to create a unique all-day dining experience in the heart of London’s Theatre-land.
They’re supported by a great team including Manager Frith Hubbard, Assistant Manager Kyle Gillum and Wine & Beverage Manager Adam Kovacs, ensuring our customers enjoy the very best dining experience from breakfast through to a post theatre supper with a fabulous cocktail.
